I’m one of those people who just thinks way too much, a cynic mixed with a tinge of idealism. My name is Ryan Lee I’m a student on the way to find the journey. I reside in portland and work with the poor. I write all sorts of poetry and have since highschool. Some is dark some is bright just depends on my inspiration. I believe that beauty lies in brokeness and that expression of pain is important in the writer. To turn from what wounds us leaves us dismal and distant a mere shallow shell of a person, but to confront that pain and wrestle it is much harder. I have been writing and continue to write, hopefully my writings will inspire you to write and think as well. Life is a journey of expression, fill it with expression!
